The NEON QT Valve Sensor has an entirely redesigned assembly ensuring universal compatibility with any size quarter-turn valve on the market. Engineered for rapid deployment, the innovative 45-degree slotted bracket means the sensor can now be installed in under two 2 minutes. Furthermore, learning from engineers in the field, to avoid inconvenience, the new sensor with universal bracket needs no calibration and can be installed without operating the valve. So, the lineup remains unchanged and valuable time is saved.

The all-new bracket has been innovatively engineered to ensure both safety and practicality. In fact, it serves not only as a mount but as a functional component of the sensor mechanism. As a result, the NEON QT Valve Sensor is positioned directly at the center of the valve head, away from the handle, which prevents accidental contact with an engineer’s hands. This feature helps avoid potential miscalibration or even accidents.
All NEON sensors can be installed on new or existing equipment based on your digitization strategy. By continually increasing the number of digital measuring points in an industrial facility, engineers can gain better insight into the running and interdependencies of their operations.

Therefore, our Valve Sensors have been specifically designed to only communicate the essential: closed or open.
